JeepsAreUs is located in New York State and orders are shipped from our NY warehouse.
Are your products Factory Original Equipment Parts?
YES, we only sell original equipment parts and accessories from MOPAR, the Chrysler parts service group.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship our products, from decals to SRT8 Hemi engines, worldwide. We have relationships with several freight forwarders and can ship your item, big or small, seamlessly. Contact us for a freight quote, our rates will not be beat.
How much will it cost to ship?
Unlike some of our competitors, we keep our shipping prices as low as possible. We typically ship via Federal Express, and utilize a real time shipping rate software application. Shipping rates are typically based upon location, weight, and package dimensions. If you feel a shipping rate is inaccurate, please contact us and we will clarify or rectify.
When will my order ship?
The vast majority of our orders ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, an item may be back-ordered or a hard to find older item may take longer to obtain from a depot. When the order ships, you will receive tracking information via email from our automated shipping application.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we proudly do.
Do customs and/or duties apply to international orders?
Customs, duties and fees imposed in the Country of destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer. See our shipping policy for more information.
Can you obtain a part not listed on the website?
Yes, if is it available, we can get it! Contact our sales staff, they are up for the challenge.We are available to answer technical questions for all merchandise purchased from us.
